Education for young people

Our love is expressed by the way we help people and the humanity out of pure charity.

Our charity is committed to fighting violence, torture, crimes, wars,  rebellions, and climate change.

 Projects

To solve the above issues, we run different projects  to:

  • Support people who have been victims of violence, rape, torture, crimes, wars, and  rebellions.

    • by giving them money, clothing or food.

  • Help people live together peacefully, help people to understand each other. Telling people what rights they have under the law.

    • by providing advice, counselling, and information.

  • Advance citizenship and community development:

    • by promoting volunteerism

    • by becoming involved in the community.

Our Justice refers to the obligation to treat people fairly and equitably, as well as to give them opportunity.

Our charity is committed to giving people opportunity to access education, training, employment, advice, information, counselling, health care, human rights, and basic needs.

Projects

To attain the above objectives, we run projects to:

  • address disadvantage and deprivation

  • keep people informed, involved and supported
  • encourage social cohesion through sport, art, community activities, or promoting education, the environment or health in the community.
  • reduce inequality and promote aspects of wellbeing such as physical, mental and financial health, social connection, arts, culture, heritage and the environment.
  • provide advice and support to those pushed in crisis as a result of the pandemic and financial crisis.
  • support people facing increased social and economic challenges as a result of the crisis.
  • help people overcome complex social issues, such as homelessness, trafficking and domestic abuse.

---------------------------------------

We work together to deliver our different projects with the help of our volunteer members, various individuals, businesses, agencies, trusts, foundations, and communities.

  • We make grants to:

    • individuals

    • organisations.

  • We provide:

    • human resources

    • other finance and services

    • items such as foods, furniture,...

    • facilities such as internet, IT,...

Thanks to the financial support of our volunteer members, we have so far:

  • organised seminars and after school classes for young people. This raised the awareness of young people of the many opportunities that are available to them and the way they can access them.

  • helped immigrants from DR Congo with advice, interpretations and translations.

  • assisted members of the Congolese community who don’t have access to legal aid.
