Kimbanguist Charity (KICHA) is a charitable association which was established in the UK in 1993 and registered with the Charity Commission, who is the regulator of its activities.  KICHA is based in the London borough of Redbridge and operates throughout London and Greater London for the benefit of the UK  public members; especially, young, elderly , disabled and destitute people, as well as other outreach groups, with the aims of:

  • Preventing and relieving poverty, hunger, and disease;

  • Promoting religious or racial harmony or equality and diversity

  • Advancing citizenship and community development;

  • Advancing arts, human rights, health, and education;

  • Relieving those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage;

  • Promoting the kimbanguist culture, heritage, and religion in the UK.

By extension, KICHA also caters for all congolese and other immigrants and refugees who are residents in the UK.

The association also supports the delivery of projects abroad, in particular, in the countries where it is represented by its trusted partners and beneficiaries.

Our works focus on three core values: love for the people and planet, justice for everyone, and work together for a better humanity.

Honesty, transparency, and accountability form our code of conduct which also guides the way work within our organisation.

Our vision is to create a world where everyone is humanly loved, their rights are respected and they do the right things for the benefit of all of us.

Our mission is to help people and the humanity out of pure charity and give them opportunity to access the resources and system and work together for a common causes

For governance purpose, our charity is governed by an adopted constitution, and managed by a board of trustees, which is supported by an advisory board and elected in the general assembly.
